It all started with Monty!
Long before JJRacing’s pink and cyan cars were turning heads, Monty was making his mark in the racing world. He began competing in Sim Racing (eSports) back in 2003, then earned his FIA Motorsport Licence in 2006. But Monty’s impact wasn’t just on the track - with a professional background as an Engineer before moving into Learning & Development and Project Management, he found a passion for coaching the next generation and helping others succeed in motorsport.
That mix of racing experience, event expertise, and a drive to break down barriers became the foundation for JJRacing.
Bold colours. Bigger mission.
Our pink and cyan cars aren’t just for show - they’re a symbol of our commitment to challenge the norms, start conversations, and make motorsport and eSports open to everyone. We believe success isn’t about who spends the most money and it certainly isn’t for one group of a community.
It’s merit based, it’s about skill, grit, and determination - and we have a duty of care to enable it!
More than a race team.
JJRacing doesn’t just compete - we also work behind the scenes to organise, support, and consult on motorsport and eSports competitions. From grassroots tournaments to full-scale championships, we bring the know-how, infrastructure, and energy to create events that are exciting, accessible, and talent-driven.
Today, Monty spends much of his time working with clients and nurturing up-and-coming racers, but if the right project comes along, it doesn’t take much convincing to see him back in the driver’s seat!
We’re not just in it to race. We’re in it to change the game.
